CMG Fire Maintenance



Routine Test and Inspect



One of the CMG Fire Maintenance Technicians would love to look after the routine test and inspection of all your properties essential fire services. Our qualified technicians have the necessary experience to effectively assess your fire services and ensure that your property is compliant with the current Australian Standards. From six-monthly inspections to yearly tests CMG will ensure that your property is fire safe year-round. From fire extinguishers to fire hydrants, the CMG Fire Maintenance Team will methodically carry out routine services and provide you with comprehensive fire maintenance reports of your property after every service. ​



Annual Fire Maintenance Surveys



As part of our routine fire maintenance services, CMG provides the client with an Annual Fire Maintenance Survey. Our trained technicians will survey the property and provide you with a report assessing the effectiveness of your current essential fire services in protecting your property against a potential fire. As part of this a CMG Fire Technician will assess the current fire hazards against the suitability of the essential fire services. This process includes: questioning of the occupier/client, property survey under AS1851/2012, and a comprehensive report sent to the client.​



Fire Equipment Servicing



If during a routine service of a property a CMG Fire Maintenance Technician notices that an element of your essential fire services in non-compliant with the current Australian Standard, we will notify the owner/occupier of the case of non-compliance and set in motion a work order to get the fire equipment either serviced or replaced. During this we will always ensure that a loan piece of equipment is used in place of the non-compliant one. This will ensure your property is always protected, even whilst we replace or service a non-compliant piece of equipment. ​



Property Fire Risk Assesments



On-going Fire Risk Assessments are crucial to ensure that your property is constantly protected by its essential fire services. Every-time a CMG Fire Maintenance Technician visits your property they will undertake a comprehensive Property Fire Risk Assessment. This will form part of your routine service report and will provide you with even more peace-of-mind that your property is effectively protected in the unfortunate event of a fire.

CMg lawn and garden maintenance



Routine Lawn and Garden Maintenance



Liaise with one of our personal account managers and get the CMG Lawn and Garden Team looking after your property on a routine basis. Generally, we operate on a two-week service basis during the summer months and one service per month during winter.
